Ok so last week I got warned not to do anything. This week its the physio that I havent been doing!  Triple eek!  I wish I had. Maybe that would help my movement.  I will start today - its just that its so sore and why put yourself in pain! I know I know - I need my mobility and strength back but if noone is here to moan then its an easy option not to do it! So .. today I will try to do it 4 times a day! Wish me luck ! x
